Gary Pecyna joined The Sterling Group in November of 1998 as the Sr. Acct. & Oper. Mgr. He brings over 20 years of management experience and customer relations.
Gary’s past education skills include a Mima Master Certificate in Management.
His vast experience in management, gives him the flexibility to work with people. Gary has the ability to manage many different areas in an organization.
While being very instrumental in training and human relations, Gary has the ability to work well with customers. His strong skills in analyzing and restructuring give him the ability to streamline workflow for maximum productivity and profitability.
Gary is the Sales Mgr. at The Sterling Group. He also oversees the day-to-day operations, which include Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, Vendor Purchasing, Scheduling and Human Resource.
